The service is provided under the registered Brand name BODCORE. Our SMS text messaging program is provided under the name BODCORE Site Alerts.

BODCORE is provided for internal business use by authorised staff, subcontractors and project team members. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for using the platform in line with your organisation’s policies.

You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access records you are not authorised to see, or use the messaging service for unlawful, misleading, harassing or unsolicited purposes.

By providing your own mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from BODCORE relating to your work. You opt in inside the platform by entering your mobile number and ticking the consent checkbox in your notification settings, on our public sign-up page at BODCORE Site Alerts sign-up, or in writing when you give your mobile number and consent to a BODCORE representative on site. Your consent is recorded with the wording you agreed to and the time and date it was given.

Messages you receive are operational and safety related. They may include safety alerts, action item and task assignments, permit and approval notifications, reminders, and escalation chases where a message has not been acknowledged. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier.
• Message frequency varies depending on your role, your projects and operational activity — typically several messages per week, and no more than about 20 messages per month.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS messaging at any time. You can also update your notification settings in the platform.
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact your BODCORE administrator.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile network and device.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, of your employment, or of access to the platform. Opting out of SMS may reduce your ability to receive time-critical safety and work notifications, which will still be available inside the platform.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services for us, such as hosting, file storage and message delivery, is permitted only so they can deliver the messaging service on our behalf. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information you enter, including sign-ins, inductions, inspections, incidents, permits and timesheets, may form part of our health, safety, quality and employment records and be retained accordingly. Our handling of personal information, including mobile numbers and messaging consent, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We aim to keep BODCORE available at all times, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, upgrades, network issues or third-party outages may temporarily interrupt access.

The BODCORE platform, its content and its branding remain the property of BODCORE. Project records you upload remain yours or your organisation’s, and are used only to deliver the service.

To the extent permitted by law, BODCORE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or the messaging service. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of BODCORE after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
